Positions for One health project in Central India

1. Position: Veterinary surgeon, Vet Assistant, Animal Handler, Driver
2. Place: In Central India.
3. Qualifications: Veterinary surgeon: Minimum B. V. Sc. & A. H.
   Vet Assistant: Should be able to assist ABC operation
   Animal Handler: Fresher/Experiance
   Driver: Valid driving license
4. Expected joining: On immediate basis.
5. Job profile:
   a) Veterinary surgeon:
   1. Should be able to perform at least 10-12 neutering operations per day
   2. Post operative care and management.
   3. Vet must be able to join on immediate basis. 
   b) Vet Assistant:
   1. Assist veterinarian during examination, surgery and treatmernt of animals.
   2. Prepare animals for procedures: Shaving, cleaning, weighing, positioning and monitoring.
   3. Assist in sample collection: blood, swaba and ensure proper labeling + storage.
   c) Animal Handler:
   1. Assist team in field capture and transportation of animals.
   2. Handle nets, cages, traps, streachers and other capture equipments.
   3. Daily feeding, watering and cleaning of enclosure for animals under treatment/rehabilitation. 
   d) Driver:
   1. Drive ambulance/rescue vehicle 24×7 for wildlife emergencies.
   2. Assist rescue team in crowd control, loading/unloading animals, cages and equipments at side.
   3. Daily cleaning and inspection of vehicle.
6. Basic food and accommodation facilities will be provided.
